Our Speakers

Keith Loo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Skinopathy, a Toronto-based medical AI company. He is also a scale-up adviser and venture builder who advises high-potential, high-scale businesses on their technology, go-to-market, and growth strategies. He is heavily involved in the Canadian tech start-up community, and mentors, consults, and advises out of several incubators and accelerators in the Greater Toronto Area.
Keith has more than 20 years of product and business experience working with firms such as Logitech, HP, IBM, Microsoft, and others. Keith has worked also with some of the world’s largest retailers, banks, telcos, and technology firms to build their Data & AI strategies and innovation labs.
Keith is also an entrepreneurship instructor at the Schulich School of Business, where he teaches and advises MBA and BBA students on how to build, grow, and sustain a new venture.

 

Francis Parisien has worked for over 20 years for Nielsen in Canada. He’s been Vice-President, Eastern Canada for the last 5 years, reporting directly to the General Manager for Nielsen Canada. As such, he’s responsible for the teams in charge of Quebec and Atlantic manufacturers. For the last year or two, Francis has been multiplying presentations at several events, meeting established producers & manufacturers, as well as start-ups who are making their debut in this hyper-competitive market; with his team, his mission was to find a way to work with all the players in the Industry, in order to allow them to take advantage of all possible growth opportunities. All this while keeping abreast of the best from around the world, working with colleagues from other Nielsen offices to make the information available to all its partners.

 

Lili Gusto is a globally recognized beauty and wellness publicist and the founder of Word of Mouth Communications, an award-winning boutique agency specializing in strategic PR and brand development for cosmetic, biotech, and wellness companies. With over a decade of industry experience across the UK, EU, North America, and Asia, Lili has led award-winning campaigns for brands including Core Biogenesis, iRomaScents, Biovène Barcelona, and Pietro Simone Skincare. Her background also includes senior retail and education roles with La Prairie, Crème de la Mer, and Kiehl’s, and she has helped clients secure retail placement with Cult Beauty, Beauty Bay, and Just My Look. Trained in brand development and cosmetic manufacturing in Crema, Italy, Lili brings deep expertise in product positioning, international expansion, and science-led communications. She also serves as Director of PR & Marketing and an Advisory Board Member for the top U.S. beauty podcast Skin Anarchy, and regularly contributes to platforms such as Product Guru.
