Early-Bird Pricing
Register before March 16, 2026 to take advantage of Early-Bird pricing. Receive discounted pricing when sending more than one representative from your company.
Discounted Pricing
Discounted pricing will be applied when one person from your company has registered as ‘Delegate #1, any additional delegates from the same company should select ‘Delegate #2’.
Cancellation Deadline
Registration fees will be refunded in full for cancellations received before April 1, 2026. Cancellations received after April 1, 2026 will not be refunded. Substitutions permitted at any time from the same company.

Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and the available rate. Cancellation of an individual reservation will be accepted 48 hours prior to arrival.
